## Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day trial, so you can run your own couriers and orders on it.

## How does a courier use it?
Through an app with his mobile number and a verification code. He receives offers, accepts, and goes step by step until delivery.

## Does it handle cash on delivery?
Yes, it is the core of the system. We track the cash each courier holds, set a limit, and handle settlement, netting and merchant statements.

## Can I import orders from Excel?
On the Pro plan, yes. You can also export orders, couriers and merchants to Excel.

## How do customers track their order?
They get a link on WhatsApp or SMS that opens without an app or sign-up and shows their courier on a map.

## Is my data and courier cash safe?
Each company's data is isolated from the others, financial entries are recorded and never edited, and an activity log shows who did what and when.

## What exactly is Sekka?
Sekka is Arabic-first software for running a delivery company: an operations dashboard for the company, an app for couriers and an app for merchants. It dispatches orders to couriers, tracks cash, calculates courier pay and merchant accounts, and sends customers a tracking link.

## Who can use Sekka?
Any delivery company in Egypt that runs couriers delivering orders for merchants or customers. Mobile numbers are Egyptian numbers, and the interface is in Arabic with an English option.

## How is Sekka different from running things on Excel and WhatsApp?
Excel and WhatsApp are enough for a handful of orders. As couriers, merchants and daily cash grow, Sekka offers each order to the nearest courier, stops a courier at the cash limit, and calculates pay and settlements automatically. The full comparison is on the "Sekka vs Excel and WhatsApp" page.

## How is an order dispatched to a courier?
The system offers it to the nearest available courier with a time to accept, and if they decline or time runs out it goes to the next one. The dispatcher can also pick a courier on the map, and you can set how many orders a courier may hold at once.

## Can a courier decline an order?
That is a company setting: you either let couriers decline, or you don't and an offered order has to be taken.

## What happens when a courier passes the cash limit?
Each courier has a cash limit. Past it, they stop receiving new orders until they hand the cash in, so a debt can't grow unseen.

## How is courier pay calculated?
In four ways, chosen per courier: a share of the delivery fee, a fixed amount per order, a monthly salary, or a salary plus a bonus per order. The courier sees their earning in the app (not the fixed salary).

## How do I set the delivery price?
Choose a fixed price, a price by distance (a base price plus a price per extra kilometre), or zone prices: draw zones on the map and set a price for each. A merchant with a special price gets that price.

## Can merchants create their own orders?
Yes, on plans that include the merchant portal: the merchant creates and follows orders and reads the statement on a phone. Merchants sign in with their mobile number and a verification code.

## Can a customer order without signing up?
Yes. If you turn on your company's public order page, the customer opens its link on a phone, picks pickup and drop-off on the map or types the address, and can let the recipient share their own location.

## How long does the tracking link keep working?
The customer follows the order on the link with no app or sign-up, and the link expires 24 hours after the order ends. It shows no sensitive data.

## Can one courier work for more than one company?
Yes. A courier has one account, can work with several companies and switch between them in the app, and each company sees only its own orders and accounts.

## Are there reports, and can I export them?
Yes: a daily summary, cash held by couriers, courier pay, revenue and a daily close. Lists and reports can be exported to Excel.

## What permissions can I give my team?
There are three roles: an owner with every permission, a dispatcher who handles orders and couriers, and an accountant who handles cash, settlements and financial reports.

## How much does Sekka cost?
There are monthly plans in Egyptian pounds and a plan where you pay for each delivered order, and all start with a 30-day trial. Current prices and details are always on the pricing page.

## How do I get started?
Register your company with a mobile number and a verification code, choose a plan, and start the same day: add your couriers and zones and receive your first order. If you want a walkthrough, book a demo from the contact page.
