A cash limit per courier
The company sets a limit on what a courier may hold. Past it, they stop receiving new orders until they hand the cash in, so a debt can't grow unseen.
Settlement and netting
When a courier hands cash in, the settlement is recorded and taken off what they owe. Automatic netting can offset what they owe against what they are owed (their pay), and financial entries stay recorded and are never edited.
The merchant's account
The merchant sees their orders and statement on a phone: what was collected, what was deducted and what remains. Settlements are closed and recorded, so there is no argument about an unclear balance.
Reports and the daily close
Reports on cash held by couriers, revenue and courier pay, and a daily close that fixes the day's numbers. Lists and reports can be exported to Excel.
