Terms and conditions

Read them before you start. They set out your rights and duties and ours when you use Sekka.

1. Who we are and your agreement

Sekka is a delivery-company management system, a product of Intelligent Solutions, a software company in Egypt. "We" and "Sekka" mean Intelligent Solutions as the operator of the service.

By using Sekka, whether by creating an account or signing in to the dashboard, the apps or the merchant portal, you agree to these terms. If you register for a company, you confirm that you may agree on its behalf.

2. The service

Sekka gives you a dashboard for the delivery company, an app for couriers, a portal and app for merchants, and a tracking link for customers. It covers order management and dispatch, zone-based delivery pricing, cash held by couriers, courier pay, merchant statements and reports.

Sekka is software only. We are not a delivery company and not a party to any delivery. The relationship between a delivery company and its customers, merchants and couriers is the company's own responsibility.

3. Accounts and security

  • Dashboard sign-in uses an email, a password and a verification code sent to the email. Couriers and merchants sign in with a mobile number and a WhatsApp code, or with an email and password where the company set one for a merchant.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done from your account and by the users you add.
  • Your details must be accurate and current. Tell us at once if you suspect someone used your account without permission.
  • The company owner sets the permissions of the team (dispatcher, accountant...) and is responsible for giving each person the right access.

4. Trial, plans and payment

  • We offer a free trial (30 days on the published plans). Plans and their prices, in Egyptian pounds, are shown on the pricing page and may change; a change does not apply to a period you already paid for.
  • A plan may be a monthly subscription, a fee per delivered order, or both, and may carry a monthly minimum and an onboarding fee, as written in the plan when you subscribe.
  • Invoices are issued in Egyptian pounds. Prices exclude any taxes or charges the law requires, unless stated otherwise.
  • If payment is late we may put your account in read-only mode or suspend it after notifying you. Your data stays stored, and the account works again once the amount due is paid.
  • Fees paid for a period that has started are not refunded, unless the law or a written agreement between us says otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sekka for:

  • Any activity against Egyptian law, or delivering prohibited or stolen goods.
  • Trying to reach accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the service or testing it for weaknesses without written permission.
  • Scraping data from the system, reverse engineering the software, or reselling or renting it to a third party without an agreement with us.
  • Sending unwanted or misleading messages to your customers through the system.

6. Your data and your customers' data

All the data you enter in Sekka (orders, customers, merchants, couriers, amounts, locations) is yours. We process it on your behalf and only to run the service, on your instructions and under the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the legal right to enter your customers', couriers' and merchants' data, for telling them how it is used, and for obtaining their consent where needed, especially for WhatsApp messages.

You can ask for a copy of your data (an Excel export is available in the dashboard) at any time while you subscribe.

7. Money and cash

Sekka is not a bank, a payment wallet or a financial intermediary. We do not receive, hold or transfer cash-on-delivery money, courier pay or merchant payables.

The figures in the system (cash held by a courier, a merchant's payable, courier pay, profit) are accounting records built from what you enter and confirm. Checking them against reality and settling money in practice is your responsibility.

The profit and net profit report is an estimate. The Sekka charge in it is estimated from your plan; the actual invoice is the one that counts.

8. Messages (WhatsApp and email)

We send login codes, tracking links and merchant invitations by WhatsApp (through Meta's WhatsApp Business) and by email. WhatsApp use is also subject to Meta's terms and policies, and message templates must be approved by Meta.

Delivery is not guaranteed, because it depends on outside providers and can be delayed or fail for reasons beyond our control.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. We may pause it for maintenance and updates and will try to warn you first when time allows.

Support is available through the contact page, according to your plan.

10. Intellectual property

Sekka, its design, code and brand belong to Intelligent Solutions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for as long as you subscribe. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you.

Your data remains yours, and you give us the right to process it as far as needed to run the service.

11. Suspension and termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • We may suspend or end your account for a serious breach of these terms or for harmful or unlawful use, and will notify you first where possible.
  • After termination we keep your data for a limited period, which we tell you about, so you can export it; after that it is deleted or anonymised, except what the law requires us to keep.

12. Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is" and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, opportunity or reputation, nor for harm from a late delivery or lost goods or cash on delivery, because these relate to your own operations.

Whatever the cause, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update the terms from time to time. For a material change we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and any dispute that is not settled amicably goes to the competent Egyptian courts.
